Privacy notice

"Notify me at launch"

If you leave your email address in the launch form, we store your email address, the language you chose and the time of your consent. We use it for one purpose only: to tell you when LuViHub opens for registration. We do not send newsletters and we do not pass your address on to anyone.

Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time with the unsubscribe link in our email or by writing to team@luvihub.com; we then delete your address. Otherwise we delete it at the latest 12 months after the launch.

Visiting the website

When you open the website, our server processes technical data (IP address, time, requested page, browser) to deliver the page and to protect it against misuse. These log entries are deleted after 14 days. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in a secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

The website uses no cookies, no tracking, no advertising and no external fonts or analytics services. Your browser only remembers the language and country you chose (local storage), which never leaves your device.

Hosting and email

The website and the launch list are hosted on our server at Kamatera Inc. in a data centre in Frankfurt am Main, Germany (EU). Emails are sent through our email provider GoDaddy (USA; EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework / Standard Contractual Clauses).

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and delete your data, to restrict processing, to data portability and to withdraw your consent. Write to team@luvihub.com. You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection authority: in Croatia the AZOP (Selska cesta 136, 10000 Zagreb, azop.hr) or in Austria the Datenschutzbehörde (dsb.gv.at).
