When can I start using LuViHub?

How much does LuViHub cost?
Basic €4, Plus €8 and Plus AI €14 per unit and month, all plus VAT. Your first unit is free with Basic. For 20 units or more, ask us for an individual offer.
In which countries does LuViHub work?
Everywhere: all core features work for any accommodation in any country. Croatia also gets eVisitor, tourist tax and invoices (fiscalization and eRačun coming soon), Austria the digital Gästeverzeichnis with signature on the phone and, for Vienna, Ortstaxe and VIETour statistics.
Do I need a separate channel manager?
No. With the Plus package the channel manager is included: bookings from Booking.com and Airbnb arrive automatically, and prices, availability, minimum stay and discounts stay in sync. Other channels on request.
Which smart locks are supported?
TTLock and Nuki are integrated. Other smart locks with an API can be connected on request. Every booking gets its own guest link for the door and parking that only works during the stay.
Do my guests need an app?
No. Guests get links on their phone for the online check-in, the door and the parking. Nothing to install, in their own language. The links are secure: encrypted and bound to the guest’s phone, and the door and parking only open during the stay.
How do my guests pay?
On your booking page guests pay securely online by card, and parking can be paid during the online check-in. Bookings from channels are paid as agreed with the channel.
Can I switch from another software?
Yes. Fill in our import templates with your units, owners and upcoming reservations and upload them in the app. Every template is explained in the help pages. If you still need help, contact us and we will guide you through the process.
Where is my data stored?
On servers in the European Union, in a data centre in Frankfurt am Main, Germany. Encrypted backups are kept in a second location in Germany.
