Digital Gästeverzeichnis for Austria
Guests fill in the guest sheet (Gästeblatt) during the online check-in and sign it on their phone — no paper at arrival. LuViHub numbers the sheets, keeps them as required and has them ready when you need them.
- Guest sheet in the online check-in: all details of the Gästeblatt, entered by the guest before arrival.
- Signature on the phone: the guest confirms the sheet with a signature, no paper and no pen at the door.
- Numbered and stored: consecutive numbers, kept for seven years and then deleted automatically, as the law requires.
- Vienna: Ortstaxe and statistics: the Ortstaxe and the overnight-stay statistics (VIETour) are prepared and ready to submit.

Austria’s obligations covered
The digital guest register is included in every package, even Basic (€4 per unit and month, plus VAT — your first unit is free with Basic). Everything else in LuViHub works in Austria too: channel manager, your own booking page, smart-lock access and one inbox for all guest messages.
Questions
Is a digital Gästeverzeichnis allowed?
Yes. Austrian law allows the guest register to be kept electronically; guests confirm their sheet with a signature on their phone.
How long are guest sheets kept?
Seven years from the entry, as the law requires. Afterwards LuViHub deletes them automatically.
Does it work outside Vienna?
Yes. The digital guest register works for all of Austria; the Ortstaxe and VIETour reports are prepared for Vienna.
