Ortstaxe and VIETour statistics for Vienna, ready every month
Once your guests have signed their guest sheets, LuViHub prepares the monthly Ortstaxe and the overnight statistics for the VIETour report of the City of Vienna — calculated per stay night, with the exemptions applied and every figure explained. You check, save and export.
- Ortstaxe per stay night: the rate that was valid on each night is used, so a stay over a rate change is split correctly. Vienna is preloaded; for other municipalities you enter the rate and the rules once.
- Exemptions applied for you: children under the age limit (from the date of birth on the guest sheet), long stays over the limit and persons you mark as exempt are left out — and the report says why.
- Overnight statistics in VIETour positions: arrivals and overnight stays by the guests’ home address — Austrian federal states, German regions and other countries — in the order of the VIETour form.
- Save, recreate, export: save the finished month as a version, recreate it with a reason if a sheet changes later (older versions stay available) and export it as CSV, Excel or PDF.
From the guest’s signature to the report
The figures come straight from the signed guest sheets of the digital Gästeverzeichnis, so nothing is typed in twice. With several units you choose all units, one municipality or a single unit. LuViHub calculates from the sheets and the rules you entered — please check the report before you submit it; you remain responsible for the declaration. Included in every package, even Basic (€4 per unit and month, plus VAT — your first unit is free with Basic).
Questions
Is the Ortstaxe rate of Vienna already stored?
Yes, Vienna is preloaded with its rates and rules. For every other municipality you enter the rate and the rules once, and LuViHub then calculates in the same way.
What do I need for a complete report?
A signed guest sheet for every stay. LuViHub lists stays without a signed sheet, so you can have the guests sign (online check-in or sign link) and recreate the report.
Can I report several municipalities?
Yes. Units in the same municipality are reported together; units in different municipalities each use their own rate and are reported separately.
Does LuViHub submit the report for me?
No — you export it as CSV, Excel or PDF and submit it yourself.
