Two AI colleagues for your accommodation: FOMA and REMAN
FOMA is your front office manager: it answers guests around the clock and does the daily work in LuViHub when you ask. REMAN is your revenue manager: it looks after prices and stay rules within the limits you set. You stay in control — they propose and you approve, or you let them work on their own.
- FOMA answers your guests 24/7: in the chat of your booking page, in the guest’s language, from your guest guide, your house rules and your own answers. When a person is needed, it hands over to you.
- FOMA does the work for you: ask in your own words: enter a reservation, block dates, send the check-in link, create a door key, register guests, issue an invoice or read a photo of a receipt.
- REMAN looks after your prices: every morning it compares your bookings with your usual booking pace and moves prices and minimum stays in small steps — always within your minimum and maximum prices. It makes a yearly price plan and explains why a date is not booked.
- You stay in control: in Ask mode nothing changes until you approve a proposal; in Auto mode changes are made at once and listed in the AI log, most of them with Undo. Sending messages to guests, cancelling and door keys always ask first.
Built into LuViHub, working with your own data
LuVi AI uses the same functions as the buttons in LuViHub and only the rights of each user, so a local host can’t change prices through it. It sees only your own company’s data. LuVi AI is part of the Plus AI package (€14 per unit and month, plus VAT); every Plus AI unit brings a monthly AI budget that all users share, shown to you in percent.
Questions
Does the AI change prices or answer guests without asking me?
Only if you allow it. Start in Ask mode: LuVi AI prepares a proposal and nothing changes until you approve. When the proposals have been right for a while, you can switch a function to Auto. Sending to guests, cancelling and door keys always ask first.
Can I undo what the AI did?
Yes. Everything is in the AI log — who asked, who approved — and most changes have an Undo button.
Do guests know they are talking to an assistant?
Yes. Every automatic reply ends with a short note that it comes from an assistant, and a person can take over at any time.
What does the AI see?
Only the data of your own company, through the same functions as the buttons in LuViHub, and only what each user is allowed to see. It never sees passwords or logins and never opens a door itself.
