Online check-in: your guests do the paperwork before they arrive
Send one link, and guests enter their arrival time, the details of every guest and their contact on the phone — in their own language. You get the data for the registration, and arrival day starts with a welcome instead of forms.
- A short form on the phone: arrival time and method, details of every guest, contact and — if you offer it — parking. Available in English, German, Italian and Croatian; guests can switch the language.
- Sent automatically, with reminders: LuViHub e-mails the link at the time you choose, for example 7 days before arrival, and reminds guests when the form is still missing. Or send it yourself from the reservation.
- Data ready for the registration: in Croatia the guests are registered with eVisitor from the check-in data; in Austria they sign the guest sheet (Gästeblatt) in the same form.
- Always in view: in every reservation you see whether the link was sent or the form submitted, a badge in the reservation list shows it at a glance, and you are notified when a guest submits.
The start of the whole guest journey
After the check-in, the check-in instructions, the door key and the guest guide follow automatically — as far as you have switched them on. Online check-in is included in every package, even Basic (€4 per unit and month, plus VAT — your first unit is free with Basic).
Questions
What if a guest does not fill in the form?
LuViHub sends the reminders you set up, and you can open the guest’s check-in page or enter the details yourself in the reservation.
Do guests need an app or an account?
No. The link opens in the browser of the phone — nothing to install and no password.
Can I send the link myself, for example by WhatsApp?
Yes. Copy the link from the reservation and send it any way you like. You can also add it to your own welcome message.
Which languages do guests see?
English, German, Italian and Croatian — guests switch the language in the form.
