Keyless check-in: doors and parking opened with one link
Every booking gets its own guest link that opens the entrance, the unit and the parking — valid only during the stay. Your guests need no app, and you see who opened what and when.
- Integrated smart locks: TTLock and Nuki. Other smart locks with an API can be integrated on request.
- Secure guest links: encrypted, bound to the guest’s phone and only active during the stay. The apartment door can additionally ask for a PIN.
- Parking barriers and gates: opened via smart lock or a web link (URL); parking can be reserved and paid in the online check-in.
- Access ends automatically: keys are created from the booking and revoked at checkout or when plans change. Every opening is logged.
Keyless, or classic with keys — your choice
LuViHub works just as well with a key handover and a personal welcome; smart locks are an option, not a must. Door and parking access are included in every package, even Basic (€4 per unit and month, plus VAT). Your team can open doors and barriers from the app and create keys for owners, cleaning or other people without a booking.
