One pricing calendar for all your units and channels
Set nightly prices, minimum stays and arrival rules for one unit or many at once, in a calendar you edit by clicking, by selecting a period or by choosing weekdays. Rate plans, discounts and cancellation policies are defined once, and every unit that uses them follows.
- Change many days and units at once: select a range or single days across as many units as you like, or set a period with chosen weekdays, for example Friday and Saturday only. On a phone, tap the first and the last day.
- Rate plans in a few clicks: a plan like “Non-refundable −10 %” or “Breakfast +€15” is based on the standard price (± % or ± €), with its own minimum nights and cancellation policy. Define it once and choose the units that use it.
- Discounts and policies once for everyone: long-stay, last-minute and early-booking discounts, and cancellation policies from free to non-refundable — changed in one place, followed by every unit that uses them.
- Price links and groups: identical apartments can follow the prices of one leading unit, and your own groups make selecting units quick. Stop sell closes a day for every plan and every channel.
The same prices on your booking page and, with Plus, on your channels
The pricing is used by your booking page. With Plus, the channel manager also sends prices, minimum stay and discounts to Booking.com and Airbnb, so you manage them once. With Plus AI, REMAN can watch the prices for you within the limits you set. Pricing is included in every package, even Basic (€4 per unit and month, plus VAT — your first unit is free with Basic).
Questions
Can I set weekend or season prices?
Yes. Choose a period and the weekdays — for example Friday and Saturday only — enter the price, and all days you selected are changed together for every unit you chose.
What is a rate plan?
An additional price next to the standard price, for example non-refundable or with breakfast. It is based on the standard price and can have its own minimum nights and cancellation policy.
Do identical apartments need to be priced one by one?
No. A price link lets a unit follow the prices of another unit, so you only change the leading unit.
Where do the prices go?
To your booking page, and with the Plus package to Booking.com and Airbnb through the channel manager.
