Parking for your guests: reserve, pay and open with the phone
Offer parking in the online check-in, let guests reserve it — and pay online if you charge for it — and open the ramp or gate with a link on their phone. The key is valid only for the stay and can carry the registration plate.
- Reserve and pay in the online check-in: free or paid parking with a price per day, paid in cash on arrival or online. You can require guests to reserve a space in the online check-in.
- Ramps and gates opened by LuViHub: connect a TTLock lock or the web address of your gate controller — as many ramps as you need. Guests open them with their personal parking link; for TTLock ramps a PIN for the keypad helps where the phone has no signal.
- Keys for the stay and for others: reservation keys are created from the booking and are valid from check-in to check-out; standalone keys are for the owner, the cleaner or a friend’s car. Every key can carry the registration plate.
- Every opening in the log: a log shows each opening with its result, your team can open a ramp directly, and you can revoke a key at any time.

The parking link goes into the check-in instructions with a placeholder, the key follows the reservation, and the guest can enter the plate in the online check-in. Parking access, reservation and payment are included in every package, even Basic (€4 per unit and month, plus VAT — your first unit is free with Basic).
Questions
Which ramps and gates work?
TTLock locks and gate controllers that can be opened with a web address (URL). You add as many ramps as you need.
What if the guest has no phone signal at the ramp?
For TTLock ramps the guest can also get a PIN for the keypad.
Can parking be paid online?
Yes. If you charge for parking, guests pay cash on arrival or online in the online check-in, as you choose — online payment where it is switched on for your company.
Is the registration plate required?
You can have the plate entered on the key; if it is not known yet, the guest enters it later. Some parking operators require the plate on the key.
